Jake was a former athlete at East Stroudsburg University (ESU) graduating with a degree in Exercise Science. During his tenure as ESU, Jake was a pitcher for the Division II PSAC championship baseball team. Off the field Jake was a personal trainer at his recreation center where he was an active member traveling to NIRSA conferences across the U.S. While finishing school he became an intern for Reach Your Potential Training and soon after got promoted to Assistant Sports Performance Coach. R.E.A. Training Methods saw great potential in Jake and hired him soon after his internship. Jake's knowledge for agility and functional movement patterns has allowed R.E.A. to be more effective in their training programs. Since being hired in 2015 Jake has obtained 5+ fitness and nutrition certifications and continues to travel to conferences around the U.S.

Emily was a four year, three season, varsity runner at Monmouth Regional High School. Emily ran cross country for two years at Penn State Wilkes Barre in the USCAA conference as an All-Academic runner and continued her running career with the Penn State club cross country team for two years. During the summer of 2016, Emily completed a 270 hour physical therapy internship with Elite Sports Physical Therapy where she met Russell and found a passion for training and helping others reach their goals. Her knowledge of FMS and TPI training has grown tremendously since then and continues to grow. In addition to training with R.E.A., Emily is the assistant cross country and track & field coach at Monmouth Regional.
Emily aspires to become a physical therapist with a specialization in sports rehabilitation.
