My name is Charles Moore. I am an equine veterinarian in Manalapan New Jersey. I am sixty-seven years old and have been plagued with knee problems since a football injury in high school. My job is also very demanding physically and this year my doctors and I decided it was time for knee replacement surgery.
I happened upon R.E.A. Training Methods and Russell Anderson at Elite Physical Therapy in Tinton Falls while my daughter was in therapy for a gymnastic injury.
Russell started me on an 8-week program to strengthen my knees and core, and improve my balance and coordination. My surgery was a great success and my recovery period was short. I was up and walking immediately and back to work in 13 days.
Of course I credit my doctors for a successful surgery but I firmly believe that I would have not recuperated as quickly if not for Russell and the R.E.A. program.

Great day to you! I want you to know how much I appreciate your one-on-one training sessions and fitness advice. My goals for 2012 were to feel better and be pain free along with playing better golf. Reguarding the golf, I wanted to win a course championship. The proof of our efforts is in the results.
I am happy to say that I feel much better and I learned a tremendous amount about how to work out from you. I have to say I was doing it all wrong and that is why I was constantly injured and in pain. Your workouts were challenging, to say the least, and I am proud to say I made it through pretty much all of them! The diversity of the exercises were as interesting as the methods you used to get me to the next level. I will never forget the final "6 minutes" of each workout!
As for the golf results, I am very proud to say I won the course championship at Shark River Hills Golf Course in August and then our collective "team" won the Monmouth County Championship at Hominy Hill Golf Course this past Sunday! Your training really worked and I am glad we connected back in January.
Thank you for everything, I would not have achieved my goals without you.
I want to thank you for all of the time and effort you put forth this past winter working with me as a personal trainer within the TPI Golf Training program. I had always worked out utilizing the "old school" methods that I learned during my high school years playing sports; lifting weights, doing sit ups and push-ups, running, etc. However, you opened my mind to an entire new approach to fitness with your teaching process.
I learned the importance of training each individual part of the body through a series of exercises and performance techniques that you introduced to me too. I not only gained strength but more importantly, flexibility and endurance which have greatly helped my golf game. Moreover, your concern for me as an individual and the camaraderie we shared goes far beyond that of which I had experienced in any other fitness program.
I have recommended, and will continue to recommend you and your personal training program to anyone looking to stay strong, move freely, and enhance their golf game. It was my pleasure and privilege to train with you and to get to know you.
